since grammy, ipop, aunt taylor, uncle brian and uncle grant got to go on a real safari, tanner and i decided we'd go on a safari too...just in plano. we used a groupon thing to try out the new indoor safari park in plano and we had a great time! lots of fun!
we got there and jumped right on the train through the jungle...
after the train ride we tried out the toddler area. after about 5 minutes of playing in the tree house...
we were on to bigger and better things...like...
the ball pit!
lots of climbing...
and tunnels (i was so proud of him...i thought the nets and the fact that the tunnels were up HIGH would scare him-nope-he just climbed right through!)...
obstacles to tackle...
slides to conquer...
and even animal rides. tanner was a little freaked out by the animals so there was definitely no ride to be had. but i did convince him to at least sit on the elephant long enough for me to snap a quick picture!
then we were off to the play tables (i see a train table in our future!)...
and of course no trip to the safari would be complete without a game of putt putt. lance was proud-tanner grabbed the putter and automatically started trying to hit the ball. then he decided it'd just be faster to drop the ball in the hole!
our friends! the boys have so much fun together and the mommies are pretty fun too!
LOVE my little adventurer! and so thankful i get to go on daily adventures with him!
and of course we couldn't leave without saying "see ya later, alligator!"
